1. Use the following steps to create a database with the above information:

• Open Microsoft Access Program.
• Choose Blank Database.
• Click O.K.
• Give a file name (Choose H: folder or A: drive  first).
• Click Create.
• Choose Table.
• Click NEW.
• Click Design View.
• Type in field names and field types.
• Choose a key field before save this table.
• Go to Database View.
• Type in data and save table.

3. Create a query to show only three fields NAME, COST, QUANTITY and TOTAL.

4. Create a query to find which item cost more than $20 in TOTAL.
