Course Objective:
This course includes the fundamental of operating systems, process concepts, concurrent processes, concurrent programming, deadlock, memory management, paging, virtual memory, job and process scheduling.
Credit:
Three Semester Hours.
Class Meetings and Grading:
This class will meet from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Gibson-Orgill Hall Room 106 There will be a mid term and a final. THE FINAL EXAMINATION WILL BE GIVEN ON FRIDAY, APRIL 30 FROM 8:00 TO 9:50.
GRADING SCALE:
Above 88% = A
75% - 87% = B
62% - 74% = C
50% - 61% = D
Below 50% = F
