Exercise of Match in Spreadsheet
1. Enter column headings in the first row and
wrap them.
2. Enter players' names in column A and all other information in columns
B and C.
3. Compute total of matches in cell B12.
4. Copy a formula from B12 to C12. (Use Fill Right)
6. Find the average dollars per match in cell D2.
Note: the average dollars per match is total
dollars divided by number of matches.
It is not =AVERAGE(B2..C2). Why NOT?
7. Copy a formula from D2 to rest of cells in the column D. (Use
Fill
Down)
8. Check the result. If you do not know how large the numbers are,
format them into fixed numbers.

10. Sort the file according to the ascending order of
average
dollars per match.
